Now, this song has mediocre lyrics, a standard music video, and a standard rhythm, but I respect and *cough* “appreciate” his music, and I like his other songs such as “First Class” and “What’s Poppin”. What makes this stand out is the chorus, which, to me, is an outstanding chorus (for a rap song, let’s be honest), and the background voice also adds the enjoyable effect. This song I also listened to a lot in 2024, which helps boost the rating. Finally, the transition, not to the verses, but to the chorus instead, is something I like. It’s just slowly adding onto more of Jack’s voice, as it starts becoming less in the background, unlike many songs have to get out of their way to make other “good” transitions!
