Welcome back to the forest of legends! And today we have a Labor Day special. Today’s map is exclusive to Africa! Africa is a beautiful country, but it doesn’t have that many universities It only has a little over 2,000! But today we will dive deeper into how spread out these universities actually are, and if some countries has maybe even 100x more universities than others!

As you can see on this map, the countries with the highest number of accredited universities are Nigeria, Morocco, Kenya, and South Africa, all having over 100! While on the other hand, some of the countries that have the least universities are some island nations and the majority of West Africa!
Fun fact, the CAR has only 1 accredited university, but Kenya has about 100 times as much, with over 100 universities (and maybe more!).
